We just received a call from USA Dance, asking if Pamm could teach again this year.

She will be teaching a rumba lesson this time, on Saturday, June 12th, at the USA Dance social dance in Franklin Park.

It is $10 for the lesson and the dance afterwards.

New Year’s Eve Dance Party

We will be celebrating New Year’s Eve at the Lockport VFW. See Theresa Capone for tickets: $20/single or $35/couple.

The doors open at 6:30 pm and the party ends at 12:30pm. Price covers food, draft beer, noise makers, dancing, and live music from Gennie-O and the Next Step Band.

Saddle-up Saloon

Brian Wong, who is now teaching at the Saddle-up Saloon, writes:

we’ll setup a VIP section just for you guys as well as FREE FOOD! Message
me and we’ll get you guys setup! :C) Miss ya!”

We are planning a visit to the Saddle-up Saloon next week, Thursday evening (12/3/09), after the bronze class meets at Two Left Feet. Start time at Saddle-up around 8:30 pm. If you can get there earlier, Brian Wong is teaching a lesson starting at 7:30. All current & former students are welcome to join us. The saloon & dancehall is on the north-west corner of Ogden Avenue & Route 59.

Willowbrook Sunday Afternoon

As Pamm mentioned at the Halloween party, we are having an outing to the Willowbrook Ballroom this Sunday from 2 to 5pm. We will have live music, provided by the Teddy Lee Orchestra, and admission is $14.

Directions to Willowbrook:
I-88 to I-294 south, from I-294 take the 75th Street/Willow Springs Road exit, turn right and follow 75th Street to where it dead ends at Willow Springs Road, turn left go to 3rd light, (Archer Ave., Rte. 171) turn right to the Willowbrook Ballroom.

Fund Raiser for Two Left Feet Dance Clubs

Attention all Two Left Feet Dance Clubbers!

This coming Saturday, September 6th, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm we will be hosting a Pampered Chef party at the home of Ray and Nancy Dertz!

Come one, Come all!!!

The purpose of this party is to raise the money needed to purchase and install a new floor in the dance studio. If you haven’t noticed, its getting pretty beat up.

Our estimated needs are about $1,000.00 for lumber and labor. It will be really great to dance on a wooden floor!
