Jon’s Hustle class is two weeks long; his waltz class is four weeks.
The new Tuesday/Wednesday ballroom classes will be month-long classes. As mentioned in the previous post, the dance taught will change each month. Here is the anticipated sequence of dances:

Wednesday evening ballroom. Each month, for the whole month, we will stick with one dance, giving you a more focused experience than with our Beginner-1/Beginner-2 dance series. (More details later…)

‘Tis the season to be partying and that’s just what we’re going to do! Starting with this Friday, December 7th we are moving the studio party to a studio outing at Willowbrook Ballroom to enjoy the swingin sounds of the Flat Cats! Look for a table with our name on it and join us for a great evening of dance and friendship.
So there will be no group lessons at the studio on Friday December 7th or Friday December 14th.
Our gala Christmas party will be as planned for Friday December 21st at 8:30 pm! This is the party of the season and you cannot afford to miss it. Bring a dish to pass and a white elephant gift to give to get in the door free. No gift? No problem, the fee is a kiss at the door under the mistletoe! We will be rockin the night away so be prepared for lots of fun and dancing!
No RSVP is required but let us know if you can and of course DRESS TO IMPRESS!

We have three Jed Walker workshops scheduled for this month. This Wednesday Jed will teach beginner bachata, then on the 12th and 19th he will have salsa classes.Each workshop is $35 for a three hour lesson from 7 to 10 pm. You can read about the workshops on Jed’s website here. |

We are moving our Friday evening party to Willowbrook this Friday. Music will be provided by the Flat Cats. There will be a lesson from 7:30 to 8:30 pm, followed by dancing until midnight. Admission is $12.
Directions to Willowbrook:
I-88 to I-294 south, from I-294 take the 75th Street/Willow Springs Road exit, turn right and follow 75th Street to where it dead ends at Willow Springs Road, turn left go to 3rd light, (Archer Ave., Rte. 171) turn right to the Willowbrook Ballroom.
